GTP Eaton M90 Supercharger Disassembly

To disassemble the Eaton M90 Supercharger from your GTP you first remove it from the car.

Here is a picture of the M90 removed from the car.

Now remove plug and drain oil.

For pulley removal click here.

To remove the nose take off the 10 10mm bolts from the nose section.

Once they are removed the nose will separate from the case.

Once the nose is off you can replace that bad coupler that is making a rattling noise just by pulling it off and replacing it. eaton coupler on ebay.com

To remove the nose you may need to pry between the rotor section and the nose as I had to do here to remove the rotor from the case.

To remove the rotors from the case just carefully lift the rotor section out of the case. You may need to pry very carefully the between the rotor section and the blower case.

Here is a picture of the goodies. These are the rotors that build your boost.

Now just reverse the reinstall. Be certain to add GM supercharger oil once you put it all back together. Here is a picture of the plug that you add your oil through.
